Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Secaucus, NJ is seeking a Finance Controller Associate Manager to own budgeting, forecasting and the P&L for the ECP channel. You will partner with Sales leadership, build financial models, and provide executive-ready analyses to guide pricing and investments.

This role reports to the Senior Finance Manager, NA and offers the opportunity to shape a transforming business within a multinational group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business.
• 5+ years in FP&A, commercial finance or business controlling.
• Proven business partner to Sales or Commercial teams.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; ERP and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for the ECP channel.
• Run the channel P&L end to end and explain variances.
• Evaluate commercial agreements, rebates and promotions.
• Partner with Sales on sales force effectiveness and quota setting.
• Lead monthly close activities with Accounting and provisions.
• Build financial models and executive-ready presentations.
• Bridge between local operations and corporate finance; ensure compliance.
• Improve reporting, data quality, and dashboards.
