Job summary

Safilo-US is seeking a Finance Controller Associate Manager in Secaucus, NJ to own budgeting, forecasting and the channel P&L for ECP. You will partner with Sales, model commercial terms and drive profitability with senior finance leadership.

Responsibilities include monthly closes, variance analysis, and building strategic financial models to support pricing and portfolio decisions in a multinational eyewear group.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A or commercial finance with multi-customer exposure.
• Proven business partner to Sales or Commercial teams.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP and BI tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for the ECP channel.
• Run the channel P&L end to end and explain variances with actions.
• Evaluate commercial terms, rebates, promotions and incentives.
• Partner with Sales on commission plans and territory coverage.
• Lead monthly close activities with Accounting and ensure accuracy.
• Build financial models and executive-ready presentations.
