Stripe is seeking a Senior Risk Strategist to join the Ecosystem Risk Strategy Team, part of the First Line of Defense within Risk. You will shape risk frameworks guiding onboarding, card network rules, and sponsor requirements, collaborating with product, legal, fraud, and partnerships teams to balance risk and growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in financial services, payments, tech, law or policy.
• Experience in risk, compliance, or product enablement.
• Experience in developing risk strategies with product and engineering teams.
• Ability to distill complex risk and policy problems into clear guidance for stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management across product, engineering, sales, data science and operations.
• Track record of deriving insights and actionable product recommendations.
• Familiarity with legal, credit, and fraud risk.
