Job summary

Stripe, a financial infrastructure platform, is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own a portfolio of Strategic Apps integrations, including Salesforce, and to set strategy and drive execution.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Finance, Sales, Partner Management, and Support to deliver and evolve integrations end to end, with clear metrics for adoption and revenue.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or equivalent, with ownership of a high-quality product at scale.
• Experience leading enterprise integrations and API-based products.
• Proven ability to define strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Experience engaging with enterprise users and partners to translate needs into product decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for a portfolio of strategic apps.
• Identify, prioritize, and validate high-value integration opportunities through user research and analytics.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Finance, Sales, User Support, Marketing, Partner Management to deliver integrations end to end.
• Partner with Engineering to define requirements, APIs, documentation, reliability, security, and ongoing maintenance.
• Establish feedback loops and measurement plans; use metrics to drive adoption, retention, and revenue.
• Represent Stripe’s product strategy with strategic tech partners and enterprise users.
• Drive launches, beta programs, and go-to-market readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Make cross-functional decisions and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly.
• Balance new features with reliability and foundational platform capabilities.
• Improve integrations through scaled product and process improvements.
