Job summary

Stripe’s Connect team is seeking a Product Manager to shape strategy and drive execution for modern marketplaces and software platforms. You will partner across engineering, design, analytics, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams, translating customer needs into clear requirements and delivering high-impact initiatives.

This role emphasizes platform primitives across products and geographies, with opportunities to influence Stripe’s broader product stack.

Qualifications

More than three years of product management experience.
A computer science background or equivalent experience.
Strong product judgment.
The ability to lead products that require coordination across multiple teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Persistence and resourcefulness in driving successful outcomes for products and teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and advance a compelling product vision for Connect.
Devise the strategy for high‑impact initiatives serving modern marketplaces and software platforms.
Translate product strategy and customer needs into clear product requirements.
Oversee execution across the teams involved in delivering these initiatives.
Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, sales, and customer‑facing teams.
Meet with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback.
Present product plans to Stripe’s leadership team and incorporate feedback.
