Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, a part of the Mercedes-Benz Mobility group, seeks an eContracting Operations Supervisor to lead digital contracting initiatives and manage vendor, dealer, and field relationships. You will guide the eContracting strategy, ensure compliant processes, and support ongoing enhancements with cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of eContracting, funding requirements, and the ability to identify risks and impact on processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of overall work experience.
• Preferred: Funding experience (2 years).
• Preferred: Vendor Management experience (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Specialists supporting eContracting initiatives.
• Oversee daily eContracting operations ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Analyze reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as primary liaison for external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Drive eContracting strategy through cross-functional collaboration and project leadership.
• Ensure adherence to MBFS policies and regulatory standards and support compliance reviews.
