Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA LLC in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking an eContracting Operations Supervisor to lead a Specialists team, oversee daily eContracting operations, analyze performance, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams for strategic initiatives.

You will ensure compliance with MBFS policies, drive process improvements, and support funding requirements while managing stakeholder communications and meeting logistics.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application.
• This position requires a minimum of 3 years of overall work experience.
• Preferred experience includes: Funding 2 years; Vendor Management 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Specialists supporting eContracting initiatives and drive performance.
• Oversee daily eContracting operations ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with MBFS requirements.
• Analyze reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable insights.
• Act as primary liaison for external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of activities.
• Drive eContracting strategy through cross-functional collaboration and coordinate meetings and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to MBFS policies, funding requirements, and regulatory standards and provide guidance on process and system functionality.
