Qualifications

• Commitment to social, economic, and racial justice and the labor movement.
• 5+ years of professional organizing in community groups or labor unions.
• Strong coalition building and facilitation across diverse organizations.
• Knowledge of New York politics and issues facing working people.
• Ability to manage projects from concept to completion in a team.
• Excellent organizational, writing and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
