Americans for Financial Reform (AFR) seeks a Campaigns Manager in Washington, DC to lead campaign work across priority issues and expand coalition impact. You will coordinate partners nationwide, manage field activities and drive strategies with AFR staff and coalition allies.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in organizing or campaigning, strong writing skills, and a passion for economic and racial justice. The role offers opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of organizing and/or campaign experience, including leadership.
• Ability to connect with diverse communities and constituencies.
• Strong advocacy writing and ability to translate policy into lay language.

Responsibilities

• Take a leadership role in AFR campaigns and coordinate partner work.
• Manage field components with state and local partners and track activities.
• Create and coordinate campaign resources (fact sheets, social media content, letters).
• Collaborate with policy and communications teams to advance agendas.
