The Packers seek an Ecommerce Web Development Specialist to oversee the Packers Pro Shop site daily and drive long-term enhancements. You will work with internal and external teams to create rich, interactive experiences and execute digital initiatives that boost engagement and revenue.

Responsibilities include managing multiple sites, CMS content, analytics insights, and collaboration across brand, marketing, design, IT, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript.
• Advanced experience with CMS, analytics and SEO.
• Proficient with A/B testing, content strategies and analytics.

Responsabilités

• Develop, manage and maintain the Packers Pro Shop and related websites.
• Publish content and maintain brand standards using a CMS (Magento).
• Monitor site performance with analytics and provide actionable insights.
• Plan and execute digital initiatives to boost engagement and revenue.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing, IT, and external partners.
• Lead development roadmaps and marketing briefs.
• Research and test new web/ecommerce technologies and features.
• Ensure accessibility across devices and platforms.
