- Develop and execute email marketing and customer retention strategies.
- Build and improve SEO efforts.
- Analyze ecommerce performance and turn data into action.
- Identify new online revenue and marketplace opportunities.
- Develop and test promotions and growth experiments.
- Improve reporting, dashboards and business visibility.
- Identify repetitive processes that can be automated.
- Evaluate new software, AI tools and technology.
- Help improve workflows involving ecommerce, inventory, pricing and purchasing.
- Coordinate projects with developers, vendors and internal teams.
