Green Bay Packers is seeking a friendly Pro Shop team member to support the ecommerce division's daily operations. You will handle phone orders, assist customers, and help with merchandise check-in and order fulfillment during peak times.

This role requires flexibility, including weekends and potential night shifts, with hours typically ranging and some events. Familiarity with Magento and NCR CounterPoint, plus Word and Excel, will help you succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Learn Magento and NCR CounterPoint operating systems.
• Able to be comfortable using Word and Excel.
• Ability to interact easily with customers and work within busy periods.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings during peak times.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, taking orders over the phone and assisting customers.
• Make courtesy calls and referrals.
• Be knowledgeable about the Green Bay Packers and Lambeau Field businesses and stay aware of current events.
• Assist with check-in of new merchandise and pick/pack orders when phones are slow.
• Process gift notes, scan picksheets, fulfill gift cards and other duties.
• Assist managers with special projects as needed.
