Saks Global is seeking a Cross Category Ecommerce Specialist to enhance the digital shopping experience across its Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman and Saks OFF 5TH brands. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital retail, or fashion.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; analytics tools Looker and Adobe Analytics; Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Site Merchandising: Execute and test customer journeys for online events, promotions, and product launches to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue.
• Own the curation of seasonal gift guides and select curated shops using data and merchant recommendations to promote discoverability, engagement & revenue.
• Support quarterly global site taxonomy and refinement updates for successful site implementation.
• Monitor inventory levels to adjust product placements based on availability and sales velocity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate content execution and visibility of key digital services like Digital Stylists.
• Performance Metrics & Reporting: Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly site performance reports and merchandising trends; develop holistic live event recaps.
• Generate and maintain monthly navigation performance reports and support A/B testing insights.
• Site Optimization: Troubleshoot navigational or SFCC setup issues; identify on-site errors and UX improvements.
• Monitor competitor sites for promotional trends and UX opportunities; drive governance for site setup.
