ORW | 4WP is seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Service specialist at our Gardena, CA corporate office. You will handle high-volume calls, emails, and social media inquiries, providing expert order tracking and warranty support to automotive enthusiasts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of sales support or call-center-based customer service experience.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teammates.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
• OEM or aftermarket automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with truck, Jeep, and SUV aftermarket parts and accessories is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to high-volume calls, emails, and social media inquiries, ensuring top-tier customer service.
• Provide order tracking and follow-up support for customer inquiries.
• Assist customers with product warranties and claims, ensuring satisfaction with in-house and vendor products.
• Manage and resolve damage reports and returns by coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
• Collaborate with management, peers, and staff to maintain a consistently positive customer experience.
