Job summary

OK4WD is seeking an Ecommerce Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers online, by phone, or email. You will guide customers through truck upfitting and off-road needs, providing pre/post-sales support and maintaining product knowledge.

Fluent Spanish is a plus, and experience with BigCommerce or CRM/POS systems is beneficial. This on-site role in Stewartsville, NJ offers a collaborative team and a family atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Extroverted individual who enjoys interacting with customers.
• Passion and knowledge of automotive/off-road industries is a plus.
• Experience with BigCommerce is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Office suite.
• Ability to quickly learn CRM, POS, and web-based systems.
• Detail oriented, responsible, and able to handle feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent pre and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process orders from ecommerce website, phone, and emails.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and basic accounting processes.
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and online chat.
• Update customer records in the database.
• Perform other duties as required.
