Job summary

NFI is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to serve as the main liaison for ecommerce brands, overseeing fulfillment, inventory, and logistics operations. You will coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and IT teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes proactive issue resolution, data-driven decision making with Power BI, and regular performance reviews to drive retention and satisfaction. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 2–3 years in customer success or account management.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce logistics and operations.
• Experience with WMS (Deposco) and BI tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for ecommerce clients on fulfillment, inventory, and logistics.
• Respond to inquiries via ticketing system with timely solutions.
• Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify and mitigate fulfillment risks and SLA issues.
• Use WMS and Power BI to track activity and maintain records.
• Analyze data to monitor KPIs and drive improvements.
• Provide weekly account recaps and manage client relationships for retention.
• Escalate concerns as needed and conduct root-cause analyses.
