Job summary

Riverside County ARC is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to expand our online merchandise and optimize content for increased visibility and sales. The role focuses on creating and refining product listings, images, and descriptions to drive conversions while meeting daily posting quotas.

You will work with the District Sales Manager and Operations team to select high-value items and improve the online shopping experience, using data to grow online sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong computer skills with Windows OS and Microsoft Office programs.
• Knowledge of online selling platforms and proficiency in Photoshop is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytic tools.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• 2–4 years of customer service and/or retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize product listings on our ecommerce platform.
• Use best practices for title, description, images, and content to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
• Identify opportunities to increase online merchandise availability.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback for improvements.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize listings and suggest new products.
• Select high-value merchandise for online sale.
• Photograph and present merchandise in a visually appealing way.
• Improve the online shopping experience to boost customer satisfaction.
• Meet daily posting quotas and sales targets.
• Demonstrate efficiency and productivity through workload management.
• Partner with District Sales Manager, Operations Manager, and team members daily.
