Job summary

Colsafety in Columbia, Missouri is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to join the Marketing team. You will manage B2C product listings, optimize the purchase funnel, and coordinate onsite search and merchandising to drive conversions.

Reporting to Alex Lloyd, you will partner with Go-to-Market, Creative Operations, and Sales to improve content, promotions, and performance. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, multi-tasking, and adapting to new technologies while delivering high-quality leads.

Description

The eCommerce Specialist is responsible for operating the B2C websites including managing the assortment (add, remove, edit), optimizing the purchase & checkout funnels, monitoring & updating onsite search, merchandising, and recommending data & customer-based optimizations.

Requirements for success:
  • Manage product listings on all B2C websites (add, edit, remove)
  • Develop strategic plans for leveraging B2C sites, with a focus on onsite Search, promotional execution, organic search ranking improvements, and conversion rate optimization
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, sales, competitive listings, and pricing
  • Leverage data to identify opportunities in products, services, and any site performance issues to resolve them accordingly
  • Optimize feeds to key 3rd party sites (e.g. Google, Microsoft, Meta)
  • Work closely with Go-to-Market Team, Creative Operations, and Sales to optimize content, execute promotions, and deliver high quality leads
  • Identify and prioritize website improvement requirements to IT for site enhancements
