Job summary

Renew Wellness Brands is seeking an Ecommerce Manager, Site Experience to own the nhc.com storefront performance across our growth sites. You will build landing pages for campaigns and paid traffic and ensure pages convert, collaborating with growth, marketing, and design teams.

The role diagnoses friction, runs tests, and documents results. You will manage on-site merchandising, site search, and product organization to help customers find the right items, with high autonomy and weekly scorecard

Qualifications

• 2+ years in ecommerce site management, merchandising, or conversion optimization for a DTC brand or online retailer.
• Hands-on Shopify (or Shopify Plus) administration, including building pages with themes or page-builder tools.
• Demonstrated record of improving conversion or page performance with data.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize landing pages for campaigns, promotions, and paid traffic.
• Own sitewide conversion rate; diagnose friction across product pages, collections, cart and checkout.
• Plan, run, and document conversion tests; roll out winning changes and log results.
• Build and maintain brand collection pages to a consistent standard.
• Work with Merchandising and brand partners to keep brand pages accurate and launch new brands on site.
• Manage on-site merchandising: homepage and category placements, collection sorting, cross-sells, and bundles.
• Manage site search: synonyms, redirects, ranking rules, and filters; review zero-result queries weekly.
