Sovos is building the future of eCommerce tax compliance for thousands of US-based businesses. As an eCommerce Sales Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team of sales and customer success professionals who help companies navigate 1099/W-2 filing, unclaimed property management, and identity verification.

You will drive new logos, expand existing relationships, and shape the strategy for a fast-growing part of our business while mentoring reps, forecasting revenue, and partnering with Marketing

Qualifications

• Experience in outside/inside sales, account management, or customer success in SaaS.
• Experience leading sales or customer success teams and coaching professionals.
• Strong CRM discipline and data-driven pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives and Customer Success Representatives.
• Own new logo and revenue targets across the US eCommerce portfolio.
• Expand ISV partner networks and strengthen renewals and upsell functions.
• Manage end-to-end renewal processes and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
