Job summary

Sovos is hiring an eCommerce Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team across sales and customer success. You will drive new logos, expand existing relationships, and maximize value from our tax compliance solutions for US SMBs.

You will own revenue targets, manage renewals and migrations to cloud, and partner with Marketing and Product to optimize segmentation, campaigns, and win rates.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside/inside SaaS or subscription software sales.
• Experience managing a sales or customer success team.
• Strong CRM discipline and data-driven pipeline management.
• Comfort using AI-assisted workflows to improve forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Representatives and Customer Success Representatives.
• Own and deliver new logo and revenue targets across the US eCommerce portfolio.
• Expand ISV partner networks and drive renewals/upsell.
• Manage end-to-end renewal processes and forecast churn.
• Accelerate migration from legacy to cloud solutions and collaborate with Product/Marketing.
