Job summary

FUJIIRYOKI INC in Torrance, CA is seeking an Ecommerce Sales & Customer Experience Representative to manage day-to-day online sales, order processing, and fulfillment in line with company policies. You will handle chat and phone sales, ensure smooth logistics, and maintain exceptional customer service throughout the shopping journey.

You will collaborate with logistics teams to shorten delivery times, follow up on leads, present quotes, and close deals with shoppers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree or certification preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience navigating ecommerce sales environments and in retail sales.
• Experience with logistics involving retail fulfillment, negotiations, quotes, and closing deals with consumers.

Responsibilities

• Drive ecommerce sales via chat, phone, and lead follow-up.
• Provide exceptional customer service during shopping and fulfillment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure a positive experience.
• Improve delivery times by coordinating with logistics to identify best methods for each customer.
• Participate in other sales activities, including virtual video conference sales calls with customers.
