Role Description

The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Irvine, CA. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory visibility. The specialist will monitor website and marketplace performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and overall revenue. Daily tasks include updating product content and images, coordinating with internal teams on inventory and fulfillment, and ensuring an accurate and engaging online customer experience. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries related to online orders, supporting digital marketing campaigns, and contributing to ongoing improvements in ecommerce operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online channels and drive revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, track KPIs, and support data-informed decisions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to assist online customers and collaborate with internal teams.
