We seek someone with relevant experience eager to execute the go-to-market strategy for our fast-growing software division. Your role involves hunting for new clients and managing existing key relationships, with an emphasis on expansion sales outside of current contract renewal periods. A successful Sales Consultant - eCommerce SaaS will be a consultative sales professional capable of closing deals in virtual, in-person, or phone environments, managing the full sales cycle from lead to contract renewal. You will:
Own the entire sales process—from lead generation to closing—for ShipAccel prospects and clients, focusing on generating new business within the mid-market eCommerce space (companies with $30-350M annual revenue).
Use a customer-focused, consultative approach to educate prospective clients on which products or services best meet their needs.
Conduct product demos, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships across a diverse range of prospects and clients.
Collaborate with our Inside Sales Representatives to prospect and generate leads, building a strong pipeline for future clients.
Become an industry expert in eCommerce logistics, both globally and domestically, and a product expert capable of identifying and resolving client workflow inefficiencies.
Work with cross-functional teams to improve our software offerings and identify new growth opportunities based on client feedback.
Analyze sales data to recommend scalable strategies.

Strong understanding and prior experience with shipping logistics, eCommerce, and/or B2B SaaS products.
Proven success in closing business over the phone or via virtual meetings.
A track record of exceeding sales quotas.
Comfort with ambiguity, agility in your work approach, and willingness to adapt based on new information.
A competitive drive, team-building skills, and operating with integrity.
Utilization of consultative selling techniques to identify client needs and promote services.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel for client meetings.
