SalesSparx is a boutique management consulting firm that helps companies selling services and technology to healthcare systems accelerate their go-to-market (GTM) and sales performance. We specialize in GTM strategy, sales enablement, and training. Our clients rely on us to deliver insight, action, and results—and we rely on sharp, collaborative team members who thrive on solving complex challenges.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Sales Acceleration Manager to join our fast-growing team. This full-time role sits within our consulting career path and will support the execution of go-to-market (GTM) projects across the healthcare industry with a focus on software and professional services companies. You’ll work directly with the VP of Sales Acceleration and serve as a versatile project accelerator—someone who can take direction, get things done, and deliver consistently high-quality outcomes.

You’ll shadow senior leaders, manage execution, support client delivery, and gain deep exposure to the world of strategic consulting. If you’re highly organized, curious, and excited about helping clients scale their revenue engine, this is your next step.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute and manage consulting projects across GTM strategy, enablement, and sales acceleration initiatives
  • Translate goals into actionable plans, own task tracking, and maintain tight timelines and deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—internal and client-side—to coordinate workshops, interviews, and executional workstreams
  • Support the development of client-facing deliverables including training content, performance dashboards, and sales playbooks
  • Act as a problem-solver and operator—anticipating needs, unblocking execution, and driving results
  • Conduct light research, assemble strategic briefs, and synthesize insights from working sessions
  • Shadow senior team members and gradually own project segments
  • Travel occasionally for client meetings and on-site sessions

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7 years of experience in consulting, sales/marketing operations, project management, or GTM strategy
  • Healthcare Industry experience is required
  • Strong project management and organizational skills—ability to juggle multiple workstreams
  • Track record of accountability and problem-solving; self-starter with follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments
  • Some exposure to sales or marketing, including putting together research or proposals
  • Consulting mindset—structured thinking, curiosity, and client orientation
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, HubSpot, Microsoft and Google workplace is a plus
  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree required—preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering
  • MBA preferred, with a focus on strategy or operations

This Role Is For You If

  • You’re energized by solving real problems and delivering results
  • You can take a goal, create structure, and drive execution
  • You’re excited to learn, grow, and work across multiple clients and industries
  • You want to be part of a tight-knit team building the next generation of sales enablement consulting

  • Please use the subject line: Sales Acceleration Manager – [Your Full Name]
  • Rolling interviews will be conducted through May 20, 2025
  • Case Study Exercise: Shortlisted candidates will complete a real-world case study
