Job summary

Acme Tools, a family‑owned retailer with a growing eCommerce team, seeks a Product Content Specialist in Grand Forks, ND. You will build and maintain ecommerce promotions across product, category, brand, and sitewide areas to help customers easily find sale items, featured products, rebates, and seasonal collections.

You will create and manage custom website categories for marketing initiatives, ensuring accuracy in products, pricing, dates, rebate messaging, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain online product promotions across categories, brands, and sitewide areas.
• Create and manage promotional content pages, sale sections, and campaign merchandising updates.
• Build custom website categories and product collections for marketing initiatives and rebates.
• Verify promotional accuracy before launch: pricing, dates, messaging, and presentation.
• Collaborate with ecommerce, marketing, merchandising, and product teams to ensure consistency.
• Assist with manufacturer rebate setup and messaging for eligible items.
• Monitor promotions to ensure correct display and alignment with campaign requirements.
• Update, refresh, or remove promotional content as campaigns evolve.
• Maintain clean, organized promo structures to improve navigation and conversions.
