Lumen Mundi International is seeking an Ecommerce and Product Manager to lead our online growth across platforms and campaigns. You will manage design and development teams, shape our ecommerce strategy, and drive customer growth while coordinating with sales, marketing and leadership.

The ideal candidate brings 5-8 years in ecommerce leadership, extensive Shopify experience, and a strong background in data-driven marketing and cross-channel campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field.
• 5-8 years in Marketing, Product or e-Commerce leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify with 5-8 years of experience.
• Experience with SAP and marketing data analytics tools.
• Solid skills in digital marketing, SEO, social media and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage Graphic Designer and third-party firms for ecommerce campaigns and site assets.
• Lead UX/UI designers and website developers to improve growth and add functionality.
• Conduct market research and develop targeted copy for consumer needs.
• Brainstorm and execute online marketing and sales campaigns for B2B and B2C.
• Support outbound/inbound marketing with content, ads, catalogs and events.
• Coordinate with vendors, sales and product teams on campaigns across platforms.
• Collaborate with leadership to align brand awareness with ecommerce activities.
• Plan and execute channels (SEO/SEM, social, email, brochures, catalogs).
• Analyze ecommerce data to inform strategy and optimization.
• Ensure accurate data entry and data integrity across systems.
• Develop stocking, pricing and online sales strategies.
