Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking a Payment Operations Analyst to join the Payment Operations function within CSH Business Operations. The role focuses on reconciling consumer transactions, supporting chargebacks and disputes, monitoring fraud and risk, and producing key performance reporting.

Target candidates have 3–5 years of experience in payment operations, with PSP platforms like Adyen/Stripe and SAP experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Payment Operations Analyst or equivalent.
• Hands-on with PSP platforms (Adyen, Stripe) and their reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of SAP for reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with payment gateways and automated reconciliation.
• Experience in healthcare/pharma or another highly regulated industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transaction & ERP reconciliation to ensure accurate, timely recording; verify details and identify discrepancies.
• Dispute & chargeback management using card network reason codes.
• Fraud & risk monitoring with IP-based detection and vendor systems.
• Produce volume and performance metrics and assist in payment audits.
• Investigate and resolve complex payment issues; collaborate with customers, internal teams, external processors, and financial institutions.
