Rapid Estate Liquidators and Auction Gallery is hiring an eCommerce Operations Admin and Shipping Clerk to manage fast-paced tasks such as listing high-end artwork, shipping orders, and coordinating with clients. The role requires exceptional organization and proactive communication to ensure no details slip through the cracks.

Qualifications

• Staying organized, following up with clients and partners on time.
• Prevent loss by following security protocols and company policies to detect/prevent fraud
• Making phone calls to clients, buyers, partner companies, and vendors
• Using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
• Researching items, to make sure they are correctly identified and valued
• Photographing and presenting items following the correct listing format
• Maintaining positive relationships with staff, clients, and business partners
• Solving potential problems quickly and efficiently, while communicating with staff and management
• Communicating policies and information to customers clearly and openly
• Assisting with implementation of new marketing and electronic sales initiatives and platforms

Responsabilités

• Organize daily workflows and manage client inquiries with prompt follow-up.
• Follow security policies to prevent loss and fraud, maintaining accurate records.
• Place outbound calls to clients, buyers, partners, and vendors as needed.
• Utilize MS Office programs to compile, update, and present data.
• Research and verify item identities and values prior to listings.
• Photograph and format listings for high-end artwork and collectibles.
• Maintain positive relationships with staff, clients, and business partners.
• Address issues quickly and coordinate with management for solutions.
• Communicate policies clearly to customers and prospects.
• Support new marketing and electronic sales initiatives across platforms.
