You will develop staff, manage client SLAs, apply Lean/Six Sigma methods, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires 2+ years of managerial operations experience, with 2nd shift and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience with process improvement ideologies (LEAN/Six Sigma)
• Minimum 2+ years in a managerial operations role
• Strong data analysis and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and coaching abilities
• Ability to lead and develop direct reports
• Experience with client SLA management and quality targets

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound, pick/pack, outbound, and inventory activities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
• Develop staff and lead performance reviews.
• Coordinate shift coverage, including 2nd shift and weekends.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Interact with clients and internal stakeholders on operational topics.
