Job summary

The Commerce Systems Architect at Hermès Americas leads SAP S/4HANA implementation and commerce integrations, aligning business needs with technical solutions across logistics, omnichannel, and data systems. The role coordinates with regional and global teams to deliver scalable commerce capabilities.

In this hands-on position, you will oversee system configurations, data migration, testing, and performance, while partnering with business leaders to define functional and technical requirements

Qualifications

• Seven to ten years IT experience, including at least five years in retail IT.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA or master's preferred.
• Experience with project management, retail systems, and SAP S/4HANA or a similar retail ERP.
• Familiarity with Cegid POS, Magento, mobile apps, and Manhattan Associates WMS.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work regularly in person at a company-designated location.
