Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related quantitative field; MBA desirable.
• Minimum 7 years of SAP hands-on experience.
• Experience in SAP SD or FI/CO module management and business strategy.
• Proven leadership of large-scale process improvement projects from scoping to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead order-to-cash lifecycle in eCommerce, from ideation to launch.
• Manage SAP master data, interfaces, and error monitoring across SAP modules and eCom platform.
• Provide strategic guidance to eCom PMs and backup for SAP technical groups.
• Monitor performance, report issues, and drive system improvements.
