Job summary

Kontoor Brands is seeking an eCommerce Operations Manager, NA, to optimize logistics, payments, fulfillment, fraud, and returns for Helly Hansen's North American eCommerce business. You will collaborate with NA Digital, Global teams, Finance, Distribution Centers, Customer Care, and IT to ensure operational excellence across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in eCommerce, operations, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in eCommerce operations and fulfillment.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and backend workflows.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across Digital, Finance, IT, and Customer Care.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to optimise processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute operational strategies for fulfillment, payments, fraud management, returns.
• Own day-to-day eCommerce operational processes including order management and shipping.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive scalable process improvements.
• Review and optimize payment methods, shipping options, and returns.
• Partner with Finance and IT for accurate reconciliation.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance.
• Lead readiness for ERP migrations and new systems.
• Represent eCommerce in ERP system enhancements and integrations.
• Collaborate with Customer Care to translate feedback into requirements.
