Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking a Site Merchandiser to own the Helly Hansen Workwear ecommerce onsite experience in Denver.

You will drive discovery, conversion, and revenue through strategic product presentation, data-driven decisions, and collaboration across Marketing, Creative, Planning, SEO, eCom Operations, Technology and Product teams. The role blends analytical rigor with brand storytelling in outdoor contexts and requires leadership in cross-functional initiatives to deliver a

Qualifications

5+ years in ecommerce or digital merchandising, preferably in apparel/workwear
Strong Excel skills and data automation
Experience with CMS/ecommerce platforms
Experience with analytics tools (GA/Adobe Analytics)
Knowledge of AI-driven product recommendations is a plus

Responsibilities

Own onsite merchandising strategy across homepage, category pages, collections and search
Optimize product assortment, ranking, navigation, and personalization to drive revenue and AOV
Lead seasonal launches, product introductions, and promotional events
Analyze site, product and merchandising performance to identify trends and opportunities
Develop and automate merchandising reporting and dashboards
Ensure site data accuracy, pricing, inventory visibility and promotions
Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Planning, SEO, and Technology teams
Test and refine merchandising strategies to improve brand storytelling and commercial results
Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive data-driven decisions
