ECOMMERCE BUSINESS PRIME is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Chatsworth, CA to support cross-department coordination and ensure efficient daily operations for a growing ecommerce business. The role involves working closely with leadership, warehouse staff, fulfillment partners, and overseas teams to keep processes running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in office management or operations coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and reliable follow-through.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating remote or overseas teams is a plus.
• Ecommerce marketplace exposure is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across departments.
• Work with COO and warehouse team to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor task completion and follow-up across internal and overseas teams.
• Maintain organization, reporting, and operational accountability.
• Help improve internal workflows and operational efficiency.
• Assist with day-to-day marketplace operations across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Newegg.
• Monitor listings, inventory, orders, and account notifications.
• Resolve operational issues including claims, reimbursements, shipment problems, and escalations.
• Coordinate with fulfillment and customer service teams to resolve bottlenecks.
• Prepare operational and marketplace reports for management.
• Track inventory, shipments, and performance issues.
