Job summary

3M is seeking a Marketing Analyst to support eCommerce growth, digital content, and product marketing initiatives. You will work across marketing, IT, and content teams to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions and automated workflows.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, content optimization, and AI-enabled approaches to improve channel performance and overall marketing productivity. On-site in Austin with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• 1 year of experience in a marketing role.
• 1 year of experience working with data to generate insights, dashboards and business performance reporting.
• 1 year of experience working with AI and developing automations.

Responsibilities

• Defines and coordinates execution of eCommerce marketing campaigns, digital merchandising, product content and customer/partner experiences, and analyzes performance and market insights to guide business decisions.
• Implements marketing tactics around product, channel, content, digital assets and promotions, and executes efforts identified in the marketing plan.
• Supports projects to enhance PDPs, digital merchandising, imagery and eCommerce assets across channel partner websites; develops digital content aligned to brand standards.
