We are seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to extend and scale our data and analytics capabilities, supporting our evolution into AI, machine learning, and predictive marketing solutions while contributing to client strategy and product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or marketing data.
• Experience with marketing data, audience targeting, or campaign analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R; predictive modeling and data integration.
• Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models for targeting and campaign performance.
• Apply statistics and ML techniques to optimize marketing outcomes.
• Explore AI/ML capabilities to enhance products.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Design and maintain data pipelines across CRM and platforms.
• Ensure data quality and scalability across projects.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to translate data into insights.
• Support audience development and data enrichment across channels.
• Collaborate on product innovation and roadmap for data solutions.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for clients.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
