Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking an Inbound Associate to prepare and list items for online sale and shipping nationwide. The role supports inventory preparation, item photography, and data entry, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills required.
• Computer skills with word processing, email, and internet use.
• Forklift certification, if site requires it.
• Ability to function independently in a work setting.

Responsibilities

• Accurately represent items in photographs with proper presentation (lighting, angles).
• Research items and accurately portray weights, measures, and shipping charges.
• Determine merchandise value based on quality, trends, brands, and price guides.
• Write full product descriptions and attributes, including damages; write test/inspection reports as needed.
• Disassemble systems and manage components using tools and equipment.
• Maintain organized work area and follow safety procedures; assist training of associates.
