Job summary

Target in Honolulu is seeking a Customer Support – Ecommerce & Internal Support specialist. You will answer calls, process orders, handle COD when applicable, and keep customers informed with confirmations and tracking information.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 1–2 years of related experience, strong communication, and Excel proficiency. You will also assist with billing inquiries, maintain accurate records, and support safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and 1–2 years of related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in calculations, including discounts, commissions, and basic math.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret written or verbal instructions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Successfully pass a pre‑employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and provide appropriate assistance to customers.
• Place and process orders, including emailing confirmations.
• Process cash‑on‑delivery (COD) payments when applicable.
• Track accounts receivable (AR) status of past‑due invoices.
• Enter orders and drop shipments through the system or online portal.
• Identify and act on backorders to expedite fulfillment.
• Provide customers with order confirmations, tracking information, and updated statements.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries and invoice processing.
