Job summary

Qualifications

Sales and service experience in a customer service or contact center environment.

Responsibilities

Engage Guests to recommend vacation experiences and guide them toward a magical Disney World experience.
Build and manage relationships with Guests and Cast Members across lines of business.
Maintain discretion and Guest confidentiality.
Assist Guests with handling their accounts.
Navigate multiple computer applications including phone, chat, and email.
Provide Guest Service when problems arise and help find solutions.
Meet required departmental metric expectations and efficiency goals.
Provide comprehensive information about the resorts and dining using software applications.
Complete all required Company training and compliance courses.
Flexible with work schedule, including overtime, weekends and holidays.
