Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is seeking an eCommerce Specialist-Internet Help Desk in Tampa, FL. This hourly role supports Guests through the website and My Disney Experience app, joining Disney Central’s inbound contact center. Training includes multiple performance assessments, with operating hours Sunday–Saturday, 05:45 a.m.

to 12:15 a.m. Responsibilities include guiding Guests to build magical vacations, managing relationships across lines of business, handling account tasks, and working across

Qualifications

• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or contact center environments.
• Familiarity with Windows-based computer systems.
• Knowledge of Disney products and experiences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Guests exploring vacation experiences and provide recommendations.
• Build and manage relationships with Guests and Cast Members across lines of business.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect Guest privacy at all times.
• Assist Guests with account-related tasks and information retrieval.
• Navigate across multiple computer applications including phone, chat and email.
• Provide solutions and escalate issues as needed to meet goals.
• Meet departmental metrics and efficiency targets.
• Offer detailed information about resorts and dining using software tools.
• Complete all required company trainings and compliance courses.
