Job summary

Silencer Central is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online store. You will handle merchandising, content management, promotions, analytics, and testing of new ecommerce technologies to drive growth and improve user experience.

You will work with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and design to ensure accurate product listings, stock, and an engaging customer journey across desktop and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, communications, or related field required.
• 3–5 years of ecommerce, digital marketing, or website management experience preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the website, ensuring functionality, usability, and performance.
• Regularly update pages, descriptions, images, and other content.
• Collaborate with marketing to support promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.
• Create, update, and optimize website content for engagement and SEO.
• Monitor product listings, stock, and performance to improve conversions.
• Track and report website performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
