Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital merchandising.
• Experience managing product catalogs, content, and online merchandising activities.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify/Shopify Plus/WooCommerce.

Responsibilities

• Maintain e-commerce websites with accurate products, pricing, promotions, and content.
• Create and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, and categories for visibility and UX.
• Monitor site performance, navigation, search, and conversion, and implement improvements.
• Support digital merchandising: collections, promotions, inventory visibility.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, SEO, and online acquisition.
• Analyze website traffic and sales data to provide actionable insights.
• Troubleshoot site issues with IT/vendors and resolve technical concerns.
• Ensure content accuracy and compliance with company standards.
