Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience plus 5+ years in related roles.
- Experience growing online retail sales, ideally in a college or university store.
- Experience with web analytics tools, conversion optimization, and A/B testing.
- User interface and user experience design experience.
- Experience managing outside development or agency partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead online sales growth for all university stores, focusing on The Mizzou Store.
- Direct an outside consulting group handling technical development and work with internal Retail Analyst.
- Set online sales goals and track results with Director; develop promotions and product launches.
- Plan and lead improvements to the stores' websites, including navigation, product pages, checkout, and mobile experience.
- Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility and perform A/B tests to improve conversion.
- Manage online order standards and fulfillment guidance across stores; monitor performance with Receiving Manager.
- Coordinate email promotions and online campaigns with Marketing Strategist; align with branding.
