Job summary

University Stores seeks an eCommerce Manager to lead online sales for all stores, with emphasis on The Mizzou Store. You will grow e-commerce revenue by developing stores’ websites, improving the online experience, and using web analytics to turn traffic into sales.

You will direct an outside consulting group and work with the Retail Analyst to ensure site performance, accessibility, and SEO align with university branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in e-commerce/retail tech or related field.
• Experience driving online sales and managing web promotions.

Responsibilities

• Hold accountability for online sales, conversion, and average order value; set annual e-commerce goals.
• Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategy with online promotions and product launches.
• Identify new online opportunities: product lines, bundles, and group/department ordering.
