Job summary

R2 Global, partnering with a leading sporting goods brand, is seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to own day-to-day performance of the online business, driving sales and enhancing the customer journey.

You will manage Shopify/Shopify Plus, Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central, SEO and Google Ads, optimize listings, and convert data into improvements while collaborating across functions to grow online revenue.

Qualifications

• Strong eCommerce management experience within a consumer-facing business.
• Expert-level knowledge of Shopify / Shopify Plus.
• Experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
• Hands-on SEO and Google Ads.
• Understanding of ecommerce analytics, website performance and conversion optimization.
• Experience managing product listings, content and online merchandising.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on driving online revenue.
• Ability to identify opportunities and turn data into actionable improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with ability to work independently.
