Job summary

Sunco Lighting, Inc. in Valencia, CA, is seeking an experienced Digital Ecommerce Manager to oversee ecommerce operations, UX, and projects. This on-site role collaborates with developers, agencies, and internal teams to optimize the online shopping experience and ensure brand consistency.

You will manage website performance, analytics, tracking, and platform configurations, lead initiatives from planning through launch, and explore AI-driven improvements to workflow and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ecommerce, website operations, or ecommerce project management.
• Experience managing ecommerce websites and digital projects.
• Hands-on experience with major ecommerce platforms.
• Strong project management, QA and launch planning experience.
• Knowledge of analytics, tracking, and customer journey optimization.
• Strong UX/UI understanding and visual design judgment.
• Experience using analytics and behavior tracking tools.
• Interest in AI tools and workflow improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day ecommerce website operations and digital systems.
• Coordinate with developers, agencies, and internal teams to implement enhancements.
• Monitor website performance, mobile responsiveness, and tracking accuracy.
• Lead ecommerce projects from planning through launch and post-launch review.
• Apply UX/UI best practices to improve the online shopping experience.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure brand consistency online.
