Job summary

Monin Gourmet Flavorings is seeking a Websites & Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to grow our ecommerce channels. You will own day-to-day operations, optimize user experiences, and analyze performance across Shopify-based ecosystems.

Work closely with teams and partners to implement digital initiatives that enhance customer journeys and sales. You’ll lead personalization, A/B testing, SEO and content updates, while ensuring compliance and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of SEO, AEO, GEO, SEM, and ecommerce best practices.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Looker, and KPI dashboards.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
• Familiarity with AI marketing tools and emerging ecommerce technologies including: Clerk, Yotpo, Zendesk, Shopify Translate, Adapt, & more.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day ecommerce operations and optimize assigned websites and channels, starting with Monin.ca.
• Collaborate with developers to document, test, and resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Ensure content accuracy and compliance with US and Canada laws and policies.
• Lead personalization, retention and upsell projects to improve customer satisfaction and sales.
• Implement A/B testing and usability studies for landing pages, checkout, and product pages.
• Serve as the primary ecommerce contact for customer service and issue resolution.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, and KPI trends to drive action plans.
• Own monthly ecommerce performance reporting and deliver actionable insights.
• Coordinate promotions, product launches, and content updates with cross-functional teams.
