Job summary

GU Energy Labs is seeking a Director of Ecommerce to drive strategy and growth across Amazon, DTC, and specialty online channels from its Berkeley, CA headquarters. The role focuses on expanding online revenue, improving consumer digital experiences, and meeting ecommerce targets with a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business, or related field.
7+ years of ecommerce experience, with 2+ years in leadership, preferably in CPG or nutrition/health categories.
Demonstrated experience owning P&L, budget, or trade-spend for a digital retail channel.

Responsibilities

Own Amazon and DTC ecommerce operations, including listings, content, pricing, and inventory health.
Lead the ecommerce strategy and team, aligning with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
Develop retentive marketing programs (email, loyalty, lifecycle) and optimize site performance.
