Job summary

eBay is seeking a motivated entry‑level candidate to help onboard and engage clients, optimize feed campaigns across Google Shopping, Amazon, Walmart, and eBay, and resolve technical issues with data integration.

You will work with Excel and major platforms, building strong client relationships while learning digital marketing basics and platform dynamics in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent on‑the‑job experience.
• Bonus if you have online advertising or digital marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with major e‑commerce platforms is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the onboarding process for new clients with clear communication across tickets, phone, and chat.
• Guide clients in setting up and refining their feed campaigns across multiple platforms for visibility.
• Provide expert-level technical support for data integration, e‑commerce platforms, and shopping channels.
• Monitor and analyze issue reports, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and resolve underlying challenges.
